Covers to Covet

Now that release of Lover Reborn, my most anticipated book of the year has come and gone, I have moved on to my next most anticipated release of 2012. That would be my other love, ICED by Karen Marie Moning. I'm really excited about this book. I'm still not sure of how I feel about Dani being the main chick we follow, but if there is one person out there who can change my mind, it's KMM. Besides, Ryodan seems really hot.

Here's the cover of ICED that was recently released. What do you think, Maidens?

I do like it, but it hasn't completely wow'd me yet. I'm sort of partial to the Fever covers. Let me know what you think in the comments! Let's get excited for this!

Meanwhile, I am going back to listening to The Alpha Alternative...

I am not a fan Dani at all. She annoyed the crap out of me in the Fever books. My favorite cover was the very last one with the book having the picture of the back with tattoo wings and the clear slip with the design on it. By far one of my favorite covers. This one isn't bad though.

I'm not sure how I feel about Dani being the main character but I'm willing to give her a chance. One, she was a kid in the Fever series so it makes sense that she'd be immature. Also, Mac annoyed the crap out of me with her Barbiness in the beginning but she improved over the course of the series. I'd like to how KMM handles Dani "growing up".

I don't mind the cover...I kinda dig it :)

Thanks for sharing!

I can't wait for this book to come out! Thanks for the cover reveal! I love it!

I'm looking forward to seeing Dani mature and come into her own a bit. Her narrative in the Fever series was both equal parts fun and irritating, so I'm hoping Moning keeps her fun personality, but helps her grow up some.

Iam the same as you guys, not sure about Dani, I liked her well enough in Fever, but a whole book on her...hmm not sure!

I actually love this cover apart from one thing, the ICED writing...it looks like someone went crazy with WordArt!

I haven't finished reading this series yet but, I'm not a big Dani fan either. Will see as I get caught-up with it. I absolutely love this cover though!

I'm not sure how I feel about Dani just yet but she has great potential to be a fierce heroine! I'd like her to be a little older and more mature but I know KMM will not disappoint. I do like the cover. I can't wait to read this one!

Yeah, I'm not sure I liked Dani. She was a bit annoying in the previous series, but I want to know more about Ryodan so I'd just read for him. I think the cover is pretty amazing. I didn't really like the Fever covers until the last one. I feel like they didn't have a giant impact, but this once clearly shows that someone is going on.

I see what you mean, I think it's a cool cover it's just not fierce like the Fever covers.

I'll give Dani a chance. I mean Mac bugged the crap out of me in the 1st book but then she grew up. Hoping the same will be true for Dani. Plus I want more of that world.

I liked Dani in the series and I look forward to reading her stories. This cover looks pretty ominous to me and draws me in.

Thanks for sharing!

I'm still very worried about Dani being the chick whose head we will be in. To be honest, I wasn't too keen on her POV in Shadowfever, which is why I'm scared but yet anxious for this book.

I don't know what to think really!

Hmm I don't know what to expect. Lol The iced writing looks too simple in contrast to the rest of the cover
